Description

PURPOSE OF POSITION

Oversee production processes to meet quality, schedule, and budget goals, acting as a liaison between workers and management. Fill in positions where needed on the day-to-day operation.

REPORTS TO

Kitchen Manager & Food Service Director

SPECIFIC JOB REQUIREMENTS

-Kitchen/Managerial experience preferred

- Friendly and appropriate customer interaction is important

- Flexible work availability for weekends and holiday weeks

- Able to lift and carry 25-50 lbs, stand for long periods of time

- Serve safe/ Allergen Certified, familiar with food safety standards

-Leadership and problem-solving skills

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assisting in the production of daily food preparations to increase quality and production capacity

- Ensuring all products are correctly labeled and stored throughout the entire production process

- Perform product quality control checks

- Assistance in maintaining inventory counts and restocking materials as needed.

- Adhering to all safety and hygiene regulations and procedures

- Assisting in the management and scheduling of foodservice employees

- Liaising with other managers to formulate strategic objectives, maintain budgets, and promote efficient workflows for all employees.

•             December to mid-April

•             7AM-3PM l 10AM-5PM
