Reservations must be made at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance, all tickets must be for the same day/date and a single payment is required (i.e. one credit card OR one check). Please note that all lift ticket prices reflect the inclusion of $5 Reload Card fee.

Cancellation Policy
Lift Tickets
- Ticket purchases are non-refundable.
- If your plans change, contact us by 4:00 PM on the day before your scheduled visit to convert your purchase to a Butternut Bucks Card*.
- A $20 service fee applies.
- Requests received after 4:00 PM on the day before your scheduled visit, including day-of cancellations and no-shows, are not eligible for a Butternut Bucks Card.
*Butternut Bucks Cards never expire, are transferable and may be used toward any purchase at Ski Butternut, including our online store.
Tubing Tickets
- Tubing purchases are non-refundable.
