Reports To: Lift Operations Supervisor
Position Summary
The Tubing Center Supervisor leads the daily operation of Ski Butternut's Tubing Center, creating a safe, fun and memorable experience for every guest. This position provides hands-on leadership, promotes exceptional customer service, develops an engaged team and ensures all operations are conducted safely and efficiently. This is a seasonal, full-time position from mid-November through the end of March.

Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Leadership
- Lead, motivate and develop tubing employees.
- Create a positive, energetic and respectful work environment.
- Train staff on customer service, safety and operating procedures.
- Conduct daily team meetings and communicate expectations.
Guest Service
- Deliver exceptional guest service and create a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Work with other departments to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
Safety & Operations
- Maintain safety as the highest priority for guests and employees.
- Monitor tubing lanes, loading and unloading areas, conveyor operations and guest behavior.
- Inspect facilities and equipment and report maintenance needs.
- Respond to incidents, changing weather and operational issues.
- Complete incident documentation and ensure policy compliance.
Operational Responsibilities
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tubing facility.
- Monitor equipment and operational supplies.
- Communicate effectively with other Ski Butternut departments.
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Customer service, hospitality, recreation or ski industry experience preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, evenings and school vacation periods.
Physical Requirements
- Work outdoors in winter weather conditions.
- Stand and walk for extended periods.
- Lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically active duties.
