Reload Cards

Please note that there is an additional one-time $5 cost to purchase a RFID Reload Card. On your next visit, you can reload Lift Tickets to your card online and head directly to the lift. Replacement fee is $5 per card. 

  1. PREPURCHASE online 
  2. PICKUP Reload Card at a pickup box by scanning confirmation barcode.
  3. PLACE your Reload Card in a left pocket by itself and gates at lift will open automatically.
  4. RELOAD your card online for your next visit and go directly to the lifts.

To pick up your lift ticket please visit a lift ticket pick-up box located in a ticket booth or in front of the Rental Building. If you purchased any ski or snowboard rentals with your lift ticket, please go directly to the Rental Shop to redeem your ticket.

Military Discount

US Military Discount: All veterans, retired, and active-duty members of the US Military are eligible to receive a 10% discount on lift tickets and ski/snowboard rentals for themselves, their children, and their spouses. Please visit the Main Office to purchase discounted tickets and rentals. 

Terms: This discount is not available on non-holiday weekdays, MLK long weekend (Saturday – Monday), or President’s Day long weekend (Saturday – Monday). This discount is only extended to immediate family members (children and spouses).  Valid military identification must be presented at the time of purchase.  

 

Cancelation Policy

  • Guests have until end of day (4pm) 2 days prior to ticket date to receive a refund less a $20 fee per item.
    • Example:  A Saturday item would need to be canceled by 4pm Thursday.
    • Example:  A Sunday item would need to be canceled by 4pm Friday.
  • Refunds/Cancelations WILL NOT  be accommodated 1 Day Prior to ticket date or DAY OF.
