NEW IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR SEASON PASS HOLDERS

1. ONLINE STORE

We are pleased to announce we have upgraded our online store to bring additional security and ease one has come to expect with online shopping.
  • If you are a returning Ski Butternut guest who has not used the new online store before, click “Create/Forgot Your Password?”. If you are a brand-new guest to Ski Butternut, click “Create an Account”. (Please be sure to check your spam/junk mail folders in case your password creation email is sent there.)
  • Once logged into your account, add the desired products to each guest.  NOTE: If all of your family members are not listed, or you encounter any other issue, email us at [email protected] with the issue or the names of people not showing up in your account and we’ll help sort this out. It’s generally just a few clicks on our part to get you on your way!
  • Sign the liability forms, and securely check out! It’s that simple. 

2. RFID Reload Cards

Place your Season Pass in a left pocket by itself between shoulder and waist height and the gates at the lift will open automatically. For detailed information visit: Reload Card Instructions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. SEASON PASS USAGE: Your season pass may not be used by anyone but yourself (transfer, or the attempt to transfer, will result in revocation of the pass without refund, and is punishable under MA THEFT OF SERVICES LAW.) If, in the event of a transfer, use by another person, or any other act which in management's opinion constitutes misconduct or misuse of the facilities, management may revoke your season pass without refund. Your season pass must be presented to any Ski Butternut representative upon request.

2. LOST: If you lose your pass, immediately report it to the main office to prevent misuse. A $5 fee will be charged to replace a lost season pass.

3. FORGOTTEN: Please visit Main Office for a replacement if you forget your pass.  A $5 fee will be charged to replace a forgotten season pass.

4. CORPORATE PASS: A transferable season pass which displays your company's name, it is ideal for business entertainment or can be used as an employee perk. Please print the company name, in place of an individual name, on the appropriate line on the online or printable order form.

5. AGE: Defined as a person's age at the time of purchase. Proof of age will be checked when the season pass photo is taken. (Age definition also applies to all other offers.)

6. REFUND POLICY: There are NO refunds on season passes, for any reason.

7. EXPIRATION: Season Pass expires on the last operating day of the Winter season, or April 10, whichever comes first.
