ABOUT THE SKI & BOARD SHOP

The Ski and Snowboard Shop at Ski Butternut offers a complete line of ski and snowboard products. Here, you will find everything from ski base layers to ski and snowboard-specific outerwear, top-of-the-line skis, and snowboards, to ski and snowboard boots and bindings. We also offer luggage, ski helmets, ski goggles, sunglasses, hats, warm winter gloves, and much more. We hope you'll stop in to browse our terrific selection. BOOT FITTING APPOINTMENTS

  • One hour boot fitting appointments are available from 9am to 3pm and cost $45 per hour.  Please call 413-528-2000 x273 or visit the shop to schedule an appointment.
  • If you purchase boots, footbeds or other custom work from our shop within 10 days of your appointment, the $45 fee will be credited towards your purchase. Restrictions apply.
  • Please wear thin, clean socks to your appointment to assure the best fit.  Sock and footbed options can be discussed at the time of your appointment.
  • Please be on time for your appointment. Anyone arriving 15 minutes past the start of an appointment will forfeit the appointment and be charged the full price. 

Return Policy 

  • To refund or exchange merchandise, it must be returned within 10 days & be accompanied with the original receipt.
  • Merchandise must be un-used, with original tags in place, and have original packaging. 
  • Refund will be given in the manner in which it was paid. 
  • Facemasks, neck warmers, goggles, helmets & hoods (items that go over the face) are NOT RETURNABLE. 
  • All clearance/sale items are final sale.

  • Per our Enhanced Safety Procedures Policy, no outside equipment or gear is to be brought into the Shop
